JUNE SPECIAL MEMBER MEETING
World Cafe

Our organization constantly strives to be relevant and responsive to you, our membership.  That’s why we’re going to try something a bit different for our June meeting.  We’re going to tap into the creativity and collective wisdom of our membership by facilitating a World Cafe.  This meeting is FREE but we ask you to register.  Space is limited so register to save a seat. 

Here’s what you need to know:  Let's meet at the Reynolds Branch of the Boulder Public Library on Wednesday, June 18 from 5:15pm to 6:45pm. We’ll break out into small groups. Each group will explore predetermined questions, such as:

1. Education:  What would you like to learn more about?  How can we improve our programming?

2. Engage:   How can we expand our outreach and impact?

3. Elect:  Let's learn more about how elections work and all the ways we can make a difference. 

After collecting everyone’s input and feedback, we’ll build on your ideas to construct a vision and plan for our 2025-26 season.

This is your opportunity to be heard, listen to others and collaborate with our board and membership. 

This is going to be a 90-minute work session. Come prepared to roll up your sleeves and share your ideas, we are ready to listen. Engage with us all in guided discussion. And most important of all, have some FUN!

We will meet at the Reynolds Branch of the Boulder Public Library at 3595 Table Mesa Road, Boulder, 80305 at 5:15pm on Wednesday, June 18th.
